- Where Is My Order? Products ship via USPS First Class Shipping. Most orders will arrive to your doorstep within 5 to 7 business days. Once order is placed and shipped you'll receive an email with tracking information along with estimated delivery date. My Product Is Damaged, Can I Get A Replacement? We make replacements simple and easy! Not happy with your product? Simply send us an email with an image of your damaged product, and we will replace it for you 100% free of charge!

- Why Did You Say Your Product Is Free? Is This A Scam? Nope, this is not a scam. We are a new, veteran-owned start up business who wants to get our products in as many hands as possible to help spread the word! Normally, a product has a cost and a separate shipping cost. We simply covered the cost of the product and are only asking that you cover the shipping cost. Since we are a small, veteran-owned business, and do not have the infrastructure to provide the same "Free 2-day" shipping as the other big online retailers can. But we can at least provide the opportunity to get the product for free and pay a small shipping charge.
